Overview

• Since establishment in 2004, Dragon Fly has accummulated both expertise and valuable experience in running serviced apartments and office buildings. During the last nine years, we have managed many projects, and have gained the trust of tenants for our services. Particularly, many of our tenants are our loyal and frequent customers coming to us from the very first day of the company establishment.
• The occupancy of our serviced apartments and office buildings often remains at 90 - 99% while 100% of occupancy is not exceptional in peak season. This success resulted from the nonstop efforts of Dragon Fly staff in terms of proactive customer relationship management and preeminent service delivery.
• Dragon Fly is on the way of developing more projects within Ho Chi Minh City. Our most newly launched project in District 3 is a vivid evident in our effort in creating more variety and options for our dear tenants.

Line Departments

• Functioning as a self-fulfilling asset management team, we are comprised with Line Departments in which all personnel is a part of contribution to the service and wellfare of the company
  1. 24-Hour Front Desk actively work as liasion between tenants and our operation and support our customers with the highest courtesy.
  2. M&E Department: Maintenance team – a group of experienced and skillful technicians – help to repair, replace and do maintenance for any of buildings’ properties as well as tenants’ belongings.
  3. Linen & Laundry Department: All of our serviced apartments are well equipped with modern washing and drying machines; ensuring the equally high quality services to those that are provided by professional laundry vendors.
  4. Housekeeping Department: The well-trained room attendants are always present to meet the strictest requirements of tenants. Daily housekeeping services just last till 05:00PM, leaving only fresh and clean ambience so that all apartments are ready to welcome tenants back from work.
  5. Security Department: security guards working in the manner of professional and discipline would make tenants feel completely safe in our buildings.
